UV rays: the number one killer of outdoor fabrics

Solar UV rays cause molecular chain breakage, especially for sensitive colours such as indigo and red. Ordinary fabrics fade up to 50% in 2 years, while fade-proof outdoor fabrics are made possible by two major technological breakthroughs:

Solution Dyeing (Solution Dyeing): colour masterbatch is injected when the fibre is spun and the colour penetrates into the core of the fibre.

Nano Ceramic Coating: Reflects 99% of UV-A/B rays (test standard: AATCC TM16).

Industry Benchmark: SPUNCryllic®'s ColorLock™ Technology

Accelerated aging test: 5 years of exposure simulated in a xenon lamp test chamber with ΔE colour difference value ≤ 1.5 (almost imperceptible to the naked eye).

Environmental Advantage: 70% less water used for dyeing, certified by EU EcoLabel.

How can consumers identify real and fake fade-resistant fabrics?

Test report: Ask the supplier to provide AATCC 16 or ISO 105-B02 test results.

Simple experiment: Rub the fabric with a white cloth, inferior products will obviously lose colour.

Observation of cross-section: Cut open the fabric and observe the cross-section of fibres, solution-dyed products have the same colour inside and outside.
